Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Lovespective, including its website, dating conversation analysis, dating profile analysis, saved history features, subscription features, and related services (collectively, the "Service").

By accessing or using Lovespective, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use Lovespective. By using the Service, you represent that you meet this age requirement and have the legal capacity to agree to these Terms.

2. What Lovespective Provides

Lovespective uses artificial intelligence and other automated methods to analyze dating conversations, dating profiles, screenshots, and related information voluntarily submitted by users.

Results may include communication-pattern observations, scores, summaries, interpretations, profile feedback, suggested responses, conversation ideas, and other informational insights.

3. AI and Informational Disclaimer

Lovespective provides pattern-based interpretations and informational guidance. It does not read minds and cannot know another person's private thoughts, intentions, feelings, motivations, or future actions.

AI-generated results may be incomplete, inaccurate, inappropriate, or based on limited context. Scores and interpretations are estimates generated from the information provided and should not be treated as objective measurements or guaranteed conclusions.

You are responsible for evaluating Lovespective's output and deciding whether and how to use it. Lovespective does not guarantee dating, relationship, emotional, social, or other outcomes.

The Service is not a substitute for professional medical, mental-health, legal, financial, or other professional advice.

4. Your Account

Certain features require an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for activity occurring through your account.

You agree to provide accurate information when required and not to impersonate another person or access an account you are not authorized to use.

5. User Content

"User Content" includes conversations, screenshots, dating-profile information, text, images, notes, labels, and other information you submit through the Service.

You retain your rights in your User Content. You grant Lovespective the limited rights necessary to process User Content for the purpose of operating, securing, maintaining, and providing the Service you request.

You are responsible for the User Content you submit. You must have the appropriate rights or lawful basis to provide it and should avoid submitting unnecessary sensitive or identifying information about other people.

6. Lovespective+

Lovespective offers a paid subscription currently known as "Lovespective+." The current subscription price is $7.99 USD per month, unless a different price is clearly displayed to you before purchase.

Lovespective+ currently includes up to 40 analyses per billing cycle. Unused analyses do not carry forward into future billing cycles.

Features, usage limits, and pricing may change in the future. Any applicable price or subscription terms will be presented as required before they apply to your purchase.

7. Billing and Automatic Renewal

Paid subscriptions automatically renew at the applicable subscription interval unless canceled before renewal.

Subscription payments are processed by Stripe. By purchasing a subscription, you authorize the applicable recurring charges according to the subscription terms presented at checkout.

8. Cancellation

You may cancel Lovespective+ at any time through the available subscription-management features.

Unless otherwise required by law, cancellation takes effect at the end of your current paid billing period. You may continue using the paid features available under your subscription until that period ends.

9. Refunds

Payments are generally non-refundable once charged, except where a refund is required by applicable law or where Lovespective chooses to issue a refund in exceptional circumstances.

Canceling a subscription prevents future renewal charges but does not ordinarily generate a refund for the current paid billing period.

10. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use Lovespective to:

• Violate applicable law or the rights of another person.
• Harass, threaten, stalk, exploit, or abuse another person.
• Upload content you do not have the right to submit.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or another user's account.
• Interfere with, disrupt, damage, or circumvent the Service or its security features.
• Use automated systems to abuse usage limits or access the Service in an unauthorized manner.
• Reverse engineer or attempt to extract protected portions of the Service except where applicable law expressly permits it.
• Use Lovespective's outputs to facilitate unlawful, deceptive, abusive, or harmful conduct.

11. Intellectual Property

Lovespective and its software, design, branding, interface, graphics, features, and other proprietary materials are owned by or licensed to Lovespective and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.

These Terms do not grant you ownership of Lovespective's technology, branding, or other proprietary materials.

12. Privacy

Our processing of personal information is described in our Privacy Policy. Please review that policy before using the Service.

13. Third-Party Services

Lovespective relies on third-party providers for portions of its functionality, including artificial-intelligence processing, authentication, hosting, databases, and payment processing.

Your use of certain functionality may therefore also be affected by those providers' terms, policies, availability, and technical limitations.

14. Service Availability and Changes

We may modify, update, suspend, discontinue, or restrict portions of the Service as Lovespective evolves. We do not guarantee that every feature will always be available or operate without interruption or error.

15. Suspension and Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the Service when reasonably necessary to protect Lovespective, its users, third parties, or the security and integrity of the Service, or when these Terms or applicable law are violated.

You may stop using Lovespective at any time and may use available account-management features to manage or delete your account.

16. Disclaimer of Warranties

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Lovespective is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.

We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, completely secure, or that AI-generated analyses will be accurate, complete, or suitable for a particular purpose.

17. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Lovespective and those involved in providing the Service will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from or relating to your use of, or inability to use, the Service.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

18. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms as the Service, our business, or applicable requirements evolve. When we make changes, we may update the effective date shown at the top of this page.

Where required, we will provide additional notice of material changes. Continued use of the Service after updated Terms become effective may constitute acceptance of the revised Terms to the extent permitted by applicable law.
