Lovespective ("Lovespective," "we," "us," or "our") provides tools designed to help users explore patterns in dating conversations and dating profiles. 2. AI Analysis and Derived Information

When you request an analysis, Lovespective processes the information you submit in order to generate results such as communication-pattern observations, scores, summaries, interpretations, suggested responses, profile feedback, and related insights.

Submitted conversations, profile information, and images may be transmitted to service providers that help Lovespective perform the requested AI analysis. Certain derived results and related metadata may be stored when you use account, person, or history features.

Lovespective's analyses are automated and are intended for informational purposes. They should not be treated as definitive conclusions about another person's thoughts, intentions, feelings, or personality.

3. Information Stored in Your Browser

Lovespective may use browser storage, including local storage, to save certain information on your device. For example, some saved analysis history may be stored locally in your browser.

Information stored locally may remain on that device until it is removed by the application, you clear your browser data, or your browser removes it.

4. Account, Usage, and Subscription Information

We may maintain information necessary to operate your account and subscription, including your account identifier, plan status, usage counts, subscription status, billing-period information, and related service metadata.

This information is used to authenticate users, provide account features, apply usage limits, manage Lovespective+ access, and operate the service.

5. Payments

Payments and subscriptions are processed through Stripe. Lovespective does not directly store your complete payment-card details. Stripe may collect and process payment, billing, fraud-prevention, and related information according to its own privacy practices.

6. How We Use Information

We may use information processed through Lovespective to:

• Provide conversation and profile analyses you request.
• Create and maintain your account.
• Provide saved-person and analysis-history functionality.
• Manage free and paid usage limits.
• Manage Lovespective+ subscriptions and account access.
• Provide customer support.
• Maintain the security, reliability, and functionality of the service.
• Detect misuse, fraud, abuse, or technical problems.
• Comply with applicable legal obligations.
• Improve and maintain Lovespective's functionality.

7. Service Providers

Lovespective relies on third-party service providers to operate portions of the service. These may include:

• OpenAI for AI-powered processing and analysis.
• Supabase for authentication, database, and backend infrastructure.
• Stripe for subscription and payment processing.
• Railway for application hosting and infrastructure.

These providers may process information as necessary to provide their respective services and are subject to their own terms and privacy practices.

8. Data Retention

We retain account information, subscription information, derived analysis information, usage records, and other service information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide Lovespective, maintain security and service integrity, resolve disputes, satisfy legitimate operational needs, and comply with applicable legal obligations.

Retention periods may differ depending on the type of information and the reason it is processed.

9. Information About Other People

Dating conversations and screenshots may contain information about another person. You are responsible for ensuring that you have an appropriate basis to submit content to Lovespective and for avoiding unnecessary sensitive or identifying information about other people.

10. Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures intended to protect information processed through Lovespective. However, no internet service, transmission method, or electronic storage system can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

11. Your Privacy Choices and Rights

Depending on where you live, applicable law may provide rights relating to your personal information, such as requesting access, correction, or deletion of certain information.
